Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns exclusively for items that are found to be damaged at the time of pickup. To be eligible for a return:​

• Inspection at Pickup: Customers are encouraged to thoroughly inspect all items at the time of pickup. If any item is found to be damaged, please notify our staff immediately.​

• Post-Pickup Discoveries: If damage is discovered after leaving the premises, you must report the issue within 5 hours by contacting us at +1 804-269-6948.​

• Condition: The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.​

• Proof of Damage: Provide clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.​

Return Process

1. Notification: Contact our customer service team at +1 804-269-6948 within the specified time frame to report the damage.​

2. Return Authorization: Upon review, we will provide instructions for returning the item.​

3. Return: Bring the item back to our store at EastEnd Liquidations, 3320 Williamsburg Rd, Henrico, VA 23231 along with the original packaging and any provided documentation.​

4. Inspection and Resolution: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will offer a replacement or process a refund to the original payment method within 3 business days.​

Non-Returnable Items

Items not damaged at the time of pickup are not eligible for return.​
